- Details you send us through our enquiry and call-back forms: your name, phone number, email address (optional), company name, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Messages you send on WhatsApp through the links on this site. These are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Website usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through website analytics. This does not identify you by name.
- Your disclaimer choice, stored only in your own browser, so the disclaimer is not shown on every visit.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- To keep a record of enquiries and our correspondence with you.
- To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
Who we share it with
Your information is seen only by our partners and staff who handle your enquiry. It is stored with service providers that run this website and our email (Netlify for website hosting and forms, and our email provider), and with Google if website analytics is switched on. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for the period professional and legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time.
